Bitter Sweet Lemonade

Ingredients:
.6 lemons
.250 grams sugar
.2 litres of water - one cold, one room temperature
Method:
1.Make a syrup using all of the sugar and the room temp. water. Take off the heat once it has boiled, and leave on the side to cool.
2.Wash all of the lemons and cut them in chunks. Put a hand full of them into a food processor and blitz them.
3.Put the blitzed lemons into a high-sided bowl, take a motar and squeeze them until you're tired.
4.Remove the skin piece by piece and squeeze the last juice out of them.
5.Sieve the lemon juice into a jug and add the syrup and the cold water.
6. Add some ice and serve with a slice of lemon.
